Tender description

This Request for Quotation Exercise is to support a proposed Centre for Innovation in Advanced Measurement in Manufacturing, to be delivered jointly by the University of Birmingham and NPL. We are looking for a consultancy or other company to deliver a stakeholder engagement and demand study report that is sufficiently robust to justify potential capital and operational investments needed to establish the Centre. This report will then feed into a more substantial business plan for establishing a Centre for Innovation in Advanced Measurement in Manufacturing and subsequent cases for funding.
