Contract Title: DR4988 Tower Hamlets Grant Programmes Evaluation 2015 - 2018 The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is seeking expressions of interest from interested organisations for the provision of the above services. Description: The London Borough of Tower Hamlets wishes to commission a suitable organisation to undertaking evaluation work on the following two MSG funding programmes and develop and undertake a robust evaluation of the impact of Tower Hamlets Grants Programmes over the next 3 years. 1. A final evaluation of its 2012-15 MSG programme which completed on 31st August 2015. 2. A rolling evaluation of its 2015-18 MSG programme which will run from 1st September 2015 to 31st August 2018. This would include three stages: an early stage evaluation, an interim evaluation and a final evaluation. 3. Develop and implement a clear process for the annual review of approvals, outcomes and developments of all grant funded programmes across the council. The tender will also be expected to show opportunities to work closely with the Third Sector Team and build skills within the council. The anticipated contract start date is: Wednesday, 18 April 2012 The estimated value of the contract is: A maximum of £100,000 Total Cost For a period of: Three Years Organisations wishing to express their interest are requested to register on the London Tenders Portal (www.londontenders.org) where the tender documentation will be available for download. Organisations must ensure that access to the system is available to their representatives dealing with the contract. The Council will not be liable for the lack of delegated access within the organisation and will not send any documentation regarding the contract, which shall be exclusively available through the portal.
