Tender description

The University of Manchester wishes to contract for the use of appropriate skills and experience of an external organization to assist in the definition and scope of a Student Lifecycle Management Project. The principal deliverables are: a thorough appraisal of potential options for, and opportunities that might be realised from, a full Student Lifecycle Project; a full Business Case for the Student Lifecycle Project, including statement of opportunity, scope, intended approach, capital and revenue estimates, financial and non-financial benefits, resource requirements and delivery plan. Activity will include: — mapping the student lifecycle and identifying all key business processes; — identifying and gaining agreement on business processes that will form the scope of the Student Lifecycle Project; — stakeholder agreement and communications; — documenting and gaining agreement on high level requirements and use cases; — delivery phase definition; — identifying investment costs; — identifying benefits; — identifying risks and issues; — preparation of a business case. All work to be completed no later than 30.6.2016.
