Expression of interest closes 22/02/2016 at 12:00pm Open to Jersey (channel Island) Based Companies ONLY -Following the EOI Stage, accepted Contractors will be asked to fill in a short questionnaire to assess quality, risk and current commitments. -All contractors should of filled in the Andium Homes approved PQQ for general information before applying for this work. 163-210 Clos Du Sables are a set of 6no maisonette flat blocks built in the 1960’s which are identical in construction. Andium Homes owns one of the blocks of flats, 163 -170 Clos Du Sables. The below list indicated the anticipated outline scope of work; • Carry out structural repairs. • Over clad property with a low maintenance insulated render or cladding system. • Replace all windows, doors and curtain walling. • Replace balcony balustrading. • Rewire property. • Fire upgrades to property. • Upgrade communal lighting to LED lighting. • Re-plumb property including new tank and cylinder. • New kitchens and bathrooms. • Refurbish communal areas. • New signage and landscaping.
