Tender description
The project will provide supported accommodation for single homeless people aged 18 and over who have been referred to the project and assessed as homeless and in need of support. The project will accommodate people for up-to 12 months and support them to prepare for living independently in shared accommodation or general needs accommodation in the private or social rented sector. The project will accommodate up to 13 people at any 1 time. All rooms are self-contained and will be furnished by the successful tenderer.
