Supply of hot beverage products to English Heritage In-House catering sites

The Tender Documents have been provided for information only as per the clarification of 19/02/16. _____________________________________________________________________________________ English Heritage has a diverse and stunning collection of properties and sites across England. A number of these offer members of the public a chance to relax and enjoy a food or a drink during their visit. English Heritage currently operates 24 in-house catering sites and it is for these premises which we would like to invite suppliers to submit a tender against the requirements below. The contract will run for an initial 2 year period, with a further year extension, subject to satisfactory performance and market requirement. Overview of requirements and essential criteria. This contract is for the supply of quality, branded Coffee, Tea and Hot chocolate, across England. Including; Delivery of up to 7 days a week delivery at key sites within the timeframe stipulated (see attached site list, section Item 13). Yearly Service and maintenance of existing and new machines. Provision of Operator/Barista training. Supplier must be BRC Registered or Equivalent Supplier must be able to source and supply, good quality, sustainable produce Supplier must be able to deliver within the English Heritage Food ethos, Fair Trade and ethical Supplier must meet all food safety, HACCP, allergen regulations Ability to develop products in conjunction with English Heritage
