SO16696 Provision of Certified Drug Reference Standards

Tender description

Home Office Centre of Applied Science and Technology (CAST) are inviting bids for the supply and delivery of sixty-one (61) different Certified Drug Reference Standards (CDRS) to ten (10) various laboratories, nine (9) of which are located within the United Kingdom (UK) with one (1) being located outside of the UK but within Europe. The purpose of this procurement is to support the implementation of the Psychoactive Substances Bill due to be enacted at the beginning of April 2016. Suppliers are asked to provide prices for a set of sixty-one (61) differing Certified Drug Reference Standards, as identified in Annex 1 – List of CRDS. Various quantities of each Standard is needed to total any one “batch”, of which there are ten (10) in total. Each batch will be defined dependent upon the delivery of that batch, as indicated in Annex 1 – List of CRDS.
