You are invited to submit a quotation for a Transition Partner for NHS North of England Commissioning Support to project manage and support all aspects of its Transition Plan to spin out its commissioning support services organisation from the NHS into an autonomous organisation. - Please note that any Contract arising from this Request for Proposal will be governed by the NHS Commissioning Board Terms & conditions for the purchase of services.
