Tender description
Manage or maintain an Independent Support service in any given local authority area where trained independent supporters are available to be deployed from 1.7.2016 — 31.3.2017. The role of Independent Supporters will be to provide families and young people up to age 25 with timely and appropriate support through the EHC assessment and planning process.
