Tender description

RCTH is responsible for ensuring that their offices and sheltered complexes are regularly cleaned. This tender exercise is intended to assist RCT Homes in selecting a suitable partner to deliver these services. It is RCT Homes intention to appoint up to 2 contractors to a Framework Agreement for the provision of these services. The requirement will be split into 2 Lot's. Suppliers are permitted to bid for 1 or both lots, RCTH's reserves the right to award both lots to a single supplier if their bid is the most economically advantageous. Lot 1 — Office and Sheltered/Support Complex Cleaning Services; Lot 2 — Window Cleaning Services. The premises that will be covered under this contract are: — RCTH's Headquarters based in Ty Pennant, Mill Street, Pontypridd; — Penygraig Office (Town Centre Location); — Aberdare Office (Town Centre Location). RCTH also operates 22 Sheltered Schemes and 2 Supported Housing Schemes across Rhondda Cynon Taf. Please see the ITT document for further information.
