Tender description

Griffins is a one storey building with two purposes. It has office space at the front of the building and the back houses the Base for Deaf and Hearing Impaired children with classrooms for group teaching. It is situated between Darrick Wood Infant School and Darrick Wood Junior School in a 6 year old building. It has parking on site. The office space at the front of the building is used by peripatetic teachers from the Hearing Team, the Vision Team and the Inclusion Support Service. The building has a multi-purpose training room with kitchen and a sensory room. Griffins is used by parents and members of the community who visit for specific group activities. LB Bromley is looking for potential companies to carry out various cleaning tasks as detailed in the service specification. All staff must have a current DBS check and be aware of the need for confidentiality.
