Tender description

Enterprise Ireland invites applications from suitably competent organisations to be considered for the award of a Single Party Framework Agreement for the design and delivery of a blended, high-volume management team development programme for Enterprise Ireland Client SMEs to be known as Platform 4 Growth. The objective of this programme is to build multi- sector SME management team capability to drive export growth. The programme content is anchored in the SME Functional Competency Framework currently in development by EI. This competency framework outlines six growth capability areas: strategy, strategic finance, leadership/people, sales/marketing, operations and innovation. As a result of completing Platform 4 Growth Programme, participating companies will: (I) Develop capability in strategic analysis, design and execution which will realise their international growth ambitions; (II) Be equipped with the skills necessary to develop and implement a strategic plan from a financial perspective; (III) Be inspired to embrace practical approaches to leading, managing and motivating their teams to achieve ambition to scale; (IV) Apply tools and techniques to increase international sales that are profitable and sustainable; (V) Begin to engage in a process of continuous improvement to become and remain competitive, by outperforming the competition; (VI) Be motivated to innovate within their business, applying appropriate innovation frameworks to deliver better value to their customer base; (VII) Establish a trusted network of peers, sustainable in the long-term; (VIII) Ultimately, develop a stronger and more cohesive senior management team, ready to develop and implement a strategic Growth Action Plan.
