Tender description

The works will comprise of Cyclical redecoration and repairs of the external and internal elements. Repair and redecoration of stucco, stonework, repairs to porticos, balustrades, roofs, balconies and back gutters etc. and associated works, all external areas and internal common areas ,window replacements where applicable, roof repairs and associated works. Rainwater goods replacement will be undertaken where required.
