Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified building contractors who wish to be considered for of the Development of new 24 Classroom Primary School with 2Nr ASD Units with a total Gross Internal Floor Area of 4 450 m2, together with associated demolition of existing structures, temporary accommodations and site-works. Before submitting an Expression of Interest, applicants should refer to the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire DoES-QW1 Suitability Assessment Questionnaire Restricted 2013, Revision March 2014 which is attached to the eTenders advertisement and satisfy themselves that they meet the minimum standard required. The successful Applicants will be required to produce the necessary evidence before appointment. To apply for inclusion on the short-list for the above project the Applicant must: — complete DoES-QW1 Suitability Assessment Questionnaire Restricted 2013, Revision March 2014; — include all required information as set out in DoES-QW1 Suitability Assessment Questionnaire Restricted 2013, Revision March 2014; — Submit 1 hardcopy of the completed documents to the offices of MCOH Architects by 12:00 on 18.3.2016.
