Tender description
Tenders were invited for the Provision of Legal Services for Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon District Council. Lots are as follows: Lot 1 Planning; Lot 2 Land / Property; Lot 3 Employment; Lot 4 Enforcement; Lot 5 Legislation and Procurement. The contract shall be fixed for a period of 12 months unless otherwise specified in tender. The Council has the option, in agreement with the Contractor(s), to extend the Contract by a 12-month period with a further 12 months period if agreeable.
