Tender description
North Staffordshire CCG, Stoke-on-Trent CCG, Stafford and Surrounds CCG, Cannock Chase CCG, South East Staffordshire and Seisdon Peninsula CCG, East Staffordshire CCG and Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Partnership NHS Trust are seeking to commission a provider(s) for Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services. This will divided into Lots, as determined in the Memorandum of Information. Lot 1 — North Staffordshire CCG and Stoke-on-Trent CCG; Lot 2 — Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Partnership NHS Trust; Lot 3 — Stafford and Surrounds CCG, Cannock Chase CCG, South East Staffordshire and Seisdon Peninsula CCG, East Staffordshire CCG; Lot 4 — All Commissioners.
