Tender description

The Business Growth Hub (BGH) wishes to appoint a provider to enter into a contract to deliver support services for bespoke online software for environmental business support. This bespoke piece of web-based software – referred to in the body of the tender as "the Toolkit" has been developed to capture and report the economic and environmental outcomes the BGH’s Green Growth team’s business support activity. The successful provider will be responsible for providing ongoing support to maintain the Toolkit’s base functionality and also for facilitating issue resolution and software development. The Green Growth team will be providing business support services as part of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Eco Innovation project.
