Strategic Review and Transition Support to NHSBSA Supplier Management

Tender description

NHS BSA Supplier Management Team manages the NHS Supply Chain contract on behalf of Department of Health (DH). As part of a contract extension DH have agreed a number of changes to the contract to enable benefits (savings) to be delivered to the NHS. NHS BSA have identified a need to undertake a capability review of the Supplier Management function in order to develop its intelligent client function to support delivery of these benefits. The advisory and delivery resource is required to carry out an end to end review of the current business process/model in order to identify and develop strategies, methodologies and guidance which supports the transition from the current contractual arrangements to the new intelligent client model and ultimately the successful delivery of the NHSBSA’s key accountabilities.
