Outpatient Transformation Programme (consultancy support)

Tender description

The Trust is about to embark on an exciting and challenging agenda to transform how it delivers its outpatient services as it seeks to develop an organisation and culture capable of providing the highest quality care to its patients during a time of NHS structural change and more limited funding. It has already laid the foundations for this transformational process through leadership training of key staff and support in project and change management services via a small internal transformation team. In addition a number of transformation projects have already been identified together with a wealth of other ideas the Trust wishes to explore and implement. The Trust tendered under Framework RM1502 for management consultancy to assist it to further develop and support its outpatient service improvement programme.
