‘Single Use Band Type Tourniquet used in the procedure of blood sampling (for example Venepuncture and Cannulations) tying will be required and Single Use Quick Release Non-Tie Tourniquet used in the procedure of blood sampling (for example Venepuncture and Cannulations) no tying will be required. Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be in the region of 6 000 000 GBP to 8 500 000 GBP in the 1st year of this Framework Agreement however this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the Framework Agreement.’ ‘Precise quantities are unknown.
