Procurement For All (PFA) are a Procurement Consortium providing EU compliant Frameworks and bespoke Procurement solutions for public sector organisations to draw down from. This PIN is to inform potential interested service providers of our new provisionally titled Lifts, Stair-Lifts, Hoists Servicing, Maintenance, Installation and Associated Services Framework available nationwide to a variety of public sector originations (housing and non-housing). It is anticipated that this Framework will be split into Lots to cover services within the scope of Lifts Servicing, Maintenance, Installations and Associated services within, but not limited to, the following areas: Passenger Lifts — Part Renewals and Repairs 1 Stair and Floor Lifts; Home Lifts Bed-hoists Access Hoist Minivators; Supply and Fit Notices Electrical Works Supply only Keys; Testing/Cleaning/Reset/Adjustments to Lifts Insurance Testing; Periodic Servicing and Inspections Breakdown Call-outs; Lift Auditing. It is expected that the Framework will be available for domestic, commercial and communal properties and covering a multitude of public sector category buildings such as the housing sector (Housing Associations, etc.), Academic Properties/Institutions, Religious Properties/Institutions, Leisure and Entertainment, as well as properties included in defence (e.g. Ministry of Defence) and public order and safety (e.g. Fire and Police). Procurement For All have detailed, within this PIN, information regarding a proposed Lifts Discovery Day to be held week commencing 7.3.2016 in Manchester. At the Discovery Day we will discuss with appropriate interested Service Providers the initial scope PFA have for the Framework as well as any additional areas/ideas in relation to the public sector.
