Tender description
Sunderland City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced managed service provider to maximise revenue streams through outdoor advertising and sponsorship. The managed service provider will be required to maximise the performance of the Councils existing advertising hoarding portfolio and to also bring forward to the market new potential advertising sites, schemes and opportunities.
