Tender description
Please refer to attached documentation for full details. However, in brief: Cork City Council wishes to introduce a comprehensive Corporate Communications solution to be used by Council Directorates for disseminating information to the public using various technologies and channels including social media. Cork City Council presently uses SMS, website, Email, Twitter, Facebook etc. as a means of alerting citizens and business to public events and of issuing warning messages in the case of severe weather conditions. At present there is limited integration between these communication channels which carries a risk to the consistency of the message. Cork City Council is looking for an intuitive and user-friendly solution where a single input can be broadcast to the public using selected channels on a subscription basis.
