Tender description
ABP wish to redevelop and enhance the existing cool stores located at Berths 103 and 104. The project includes the following elements of works: — Removal of the existing redundant refrigeration and other infrastructure. — Design, supply and installation of a new air cooled ammonia based centralised refrigeration plant, glycol coolant system and floor mounted air conditioning units. — Design, supply and installation of insulated partitions, internal barriers, pallet racking, rapid door systems and security roller shutters. — Design and construction of an extension to the warehouse building including welfare facilities, drainage and services provisions. — Design, supply and installation of new lighting. — Supply and installation of electrical services, fire alarms, security and data systems. — Design and construction of fencing, gates, automatic traffic barrier barriers, minor roadworks, line painting, signage and lighting.
