Tender description

The Big Lottery Fund (the Fund) is seeking to provide support to applicants and grant holders that have applied to, or are funded through, our People and Places programme in Wales. People and Places is our flagship programme in Wales. Awarding up to 17 800 000 GBP each year, grant sizes range from 5 001 GBP-1 000 000 GBP over 5 years. Our current People and Places applicant support arrangements end in March 2016. We currently support stage 2 applicants to complete their application through an existing support contract, which ends in March 2016. We are procuring a new contract to support stage 2 applicants that will commence in April for a period of 1 year, with an option to extend on the tendered rates for a further 6 months. The contractor is required to provide the following services: — Bespoke advice and support for individual People and Places stage 2 applicants who require it to help them develop their application; and — Bespoke advice and support for individual grant holders. The estimated contract value for 1 year is 230 000 including VAT and expenses. The Fund has the option to extend the contract for up to a further 6 months.
