CONTRACT-A3QM-6WWYHT The contract is to develop 1. Offers are invited for the development of an Outline Business case, Full Business case for Trust EPR system and to support the Trust in the selection of an EPR provider through a full procurement process. In addition, the Trust requires a supplier to conduct a detailed ‘AS-IS’ review to identify current processes, conduct a gap analysis against anticipated EPR functionality and a recommended parallel programme of work to address these gaps and achieve early benefits in line with the Trust's integration programme time-scales.
