Tender description

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust provides mental health care, community adult learning disability and forensic services to Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, South East London and Kent Prisons. The Trust intends to tender for a contract for provision of software maintenance, system configuration and management of its telephone network. Oxleas NHS FT operates a non- hosted VoIP telephone system across its sites: This network is managed by the Trust's Ericsson LG CM10000 switch. It operates from 35 locations, including a number of campus sites. The Trust is seeking to appoint a telephone contractor to provide software maintenance, system configuration and on-going configuration management for the telephone network. In addition, the contractor may also be required to provide ad-hoc IMAC support for the Trust data network. This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) only and not a formal invitation to quote or tender. A separate OJEU Contract Notice will be issued later. This tender exercise is for the establishment a services contract for the provision of telephone contractor to provide software maintenance, system configuration and on-going configuration management for the Trust's telephone network using a restricted procurement procedure.
