Repair and maintenance services of audio-visual and optical equipment

Applicants are invited to pre-qualify for Audio Visual, Gallery, Events and Theatre Support Services. Royal Museums Greenwich is the foremost Maritime Museum in the world and a key attraction in the Greenwich World Heritage site. The Museum itself comprises the National Maritime Museum, Queen's House, the Royal Observatory, and the Cutty Sark. The buildings are listed Grade 1 with the Queen's House being an Ancient Scheduled Monument. RMG wishes to appoint an experienced service provider to provide on-site Audio-Visual and Gallery Technician support for the Museum's permanent and temporary Exhibition; Gallery; Learning; Theatre and Event / Meeting spaces. In addition, provide proactive and reactive maintenance for display-cases along with digital and electro-mechanical interactives within the Museum's permanent and temporary Exhibition / Gallery spaces. The initial duration of the Contract will be three (03) years, with an option to extend for a further year.
