Provision of Repairs to Three Delta 740X RHIBs

Tender description

Border Force (BF) is a Directorate of the Home Office. BF operate a fleet of four Delta 740X Rigid Hulled Inflatable Boats (RHIBs) which are deployed from DAMEN 4207 class Cutters via a stern ramp launch arrangement. Three of these RHIBs, designated DE02, DE03, DE04, are now in need of major repairs to rectify long standing defects and ensure they meet an operational standard. This contract will commence in Jan 2017 following a sourcing exercise based on written quotation. The purpose of this document is to make the Statement of Requirements available and to invite potential suppliers to confirm they can fully meet the requirements by providing a fully itemised written quotation for the work package . Those potential suppliers are invited to send an email to Janine Melia, Home office Commercial: Janine.Melia@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk, confirming their interest in this opportunity, providing the itemised quotation and also confirmation of agreement to the Home Office Standard short Form Services Terms and Conditions on which the contract will be awarded.
