Provision of Regulated Homecare Services: Framework Agreement for Providers in Somerset

<p>Somerset County Council (SCC) wishes to establish a Light Touch Framework Agreement under which to procure Regulated Homecare services via the Proactis Portal https://www.proactisplaza.com/supplierportal/Public/Opportunities.aspx. The total value of the Framework over the agreement period for all services is £155,400,000. SCC and Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are working in partnership to integrate the provision of homecare in Somerset. We are seeking interest from organisations that would like to provide Homecare services in Somerset. This contract will be for the provision of Homecare services for both adults and children who have been assessed eligible for social care support, Continuing Health Care Long Term Conditions, and End of Life (The intention is for End of Life to become part of this contract over the next 18 months).
