Louth and Meath Education and Training Board (LMETB) are seeking tenders for the supply of 32 different categories of Equipment to their Post Primary Schools, Colleges of Further Education and Training Centres under the remit of LMETB. A list of the 32 categories can be found at Appendix 2 and a separate detailed specification and standard document for each category is appended to this notice. This Specification & Standards document must be used to submit your tender pricing. It is intended to award one (1) supplier per category/Lot. You may tender for more than 1 Lot. The contract duration is for a 2 year period and will be subject to yearly performance reviews. At LMETB’s discretion, the contract may be extended for a further period of one year up to a mamimum of 2 such extensions with agreement with the successful tenderer, to a maximum of four years in total. Tenderers should be aware that supplier is responsible for the removal of all packaging. Installation includes commissioning, that is final set-up and calibration of equipment so that the equipment is ready for use. Closing Date for submission of the tenders is Wednesday 13th May 2015 at 12 noon. Late submissions will not be accepted. Tenders delivered by hand or by post must be delivered in a sealed package(s). If applying for more than 1 Lot, each Lot must be sent in a separate envelope. The package must be marked with the RFT Title and the word “Confidential” including the company name, return address and Lot Number.
