Lift Planned & Reactive Maintenance Service Contract

Tender description

Coventry University's current lift maintenance and service contract is being re-tendered as it is reaching the end of its contract term. The University will be considering a Cost Plus option for contract. It is anticipated that the new agreement will be put in place for June 2017 with a sole supplier for this agreement. The new contract will begin as a 3 year agreement with the option of extending for 2 additional 1 year extensions. During the contract there will be frequent performance review meetings that will monitor contract adherence. The agreement will cover all of Coventry University Higher Education Corporation Group's current and future buildings. These include Coventry University's main campus buildings, student accommodation buildings and also Coventry University Enterprises Ltd's (CUE) buildings within Coventry University Technology Park. All the buildings differ in age and size.
