The Contracting Authority is currently considering the options for the procurement of an integrated recruitment, payroll, HR and training service (the ‘RPT Service’) that is associated with the employment by the Contracting Authority of up to 47,000 employees to make up the field force that will help deliver the 2021 Census for all households and communal establishments in England and Wales.
