Tender description
The Service manages Sheffield City Council furnished accommodation properties including maintaining all items and floor coverings within the property, warehouse, other residence types (e.g. Sheltered Furnished, Interim Accommodation, Gateway properties and High Support) and 3rd Party Customers. They are also responsible for delivery and pick-up of all items they own and maintain. The Service is running an old asset management system that is based on access database that contain all there records of Customers, items within stock or properties and deliveries. • We want a system that will record new stock system, maintain items, maintain item catalogue and maintain location.
