Contract for the Supply of Coach Journeys 2017

Tender description

This contract is for the supply of Coach Journeys during 2017. Durham County Council wishes to appoint Providers who can undertake both UK and International coach journeys which will originate in County Durham, England. Please note for those Providers applying for the German and French routes, you must have in place the relevant international operator's licence before the Contract commencement and must be provided within your tender response. The Provider(s) will be required to provide coaches and drivers for journeys as specified by the International Office of the County Council in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract. Providers and their employees operating under the Contract will be subject to having a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure to an enhanced level to allow them to carry out their duties. This Contract is split into 8 Lots of which bidders can apply for a single Lot or all Lots.
