Tender description
LBTH is seeking an experienced outdoor events production management company to support the Tower Hamlets Arts, Parks & Events Team with delivery of the Boishakhi Mela on 30th April, 2017, primarily in the areas of production management, artist management, trader management and general event management support. LBTH will be responsible for the overall delivery of the event including event management, programming, marketing, traffic management and community engagement. Tenders for this contract are sought from suitable companies that have experience of managing large-scale, community focussed, outdoor festival events.
