Tender description
Architectural, Lead Design and Contract Administration Services for the conservation, restoration and re-ordering of the Grade 1 Listed Kelmscott Manor and Estate. Architectural Services are to include all necessary design services and sub consultants including, but not limited to, structural, civil and mechanical and electrical engineering. Provision of Full Design Services, Acting as Lead Designer and Contract Administrator for all RIBA Work Stages in relation to the Grade I Listed Kelmscott Manor and Estate. Works will include conservation repairs to the Manor, Barns, Stable and Granary and new build interventions including a kitchen, café, shop, studio, toilets, workshop and plant room.
