633 - Computer Managed Maintenance System (CMMS)

Tender description

This contract is for the supply of software for the purpose set out in the Technical Specification below. The scope of contract includes but is not limited to supply of software, licences, maintenance, technical support, upgrades, additional software modules and any other goods or services required in the product lifecycle. CPI is tendering for the supply of a Computer Managed Maintenance System (CMMS) to manage the preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance requirements for approximately £80 Million pounds of technology assets based in 4 Technology Platforms located at 3 geographically distinct sites. The assets vary from discrete lab based instruments to major process plant. The nature of CPI business means the assets and plant need to be flexible and configurable and the CMMS needs to be able to meet this changing environment.
