The Provision of Graduate Development Programmes for Enterprise Ireland

Enterprise Ireland proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment a Single Party framework agreement using the OPEN procedure for the provision of Graduate Development Programmes for Enterprise Ireland staff. Enterprise Ireland runs a two year, Graduate Programme that offers graduates an opportunity to work with Irish enterprises as part of a professional and dynamic team, contributing to our companies’ successes and therefore supporting sustainable economic growth. Graduates work with our client companies to achieve growth and scale. These graduates play a key role in helping Enterprise Ireland to deliver on the vision for Irish business to become a powerhouse of economic growth and job creation. The organisation requires a professional training programme to work in tandem with the on-the-job training and experience by the graduates over the two years of the programme. Enterprise Ireland wants to ensure that these graduates develop and become competent professionals and deliver value to Enterprise Ireland while on this programme Enterprise Ireland is now seeking to source an external provider to provide a professional training programme to the graduates on this programme over the 2 years. The framework agreement will be established on foot of a competition for an initial contract for the provision of a Graduate Development Programme for Enterprise Ireland. This contract will be awarded to the successful tenderer shortly after the formal establishment of the framework agreement. It is anticipated that the proposed contract will commence in November 2016 and continue for a period of one (1) year with an option to extend on an annual basis for a further three (3) years subject to budgetary constraints and satisfactory periodic reviews of supplier performance.
