Who Speclialist Work With Business transformation leads, Change portfolio team, Project Managers, Wider transformation programme and business stakeholders, specifically Business Analysts, Policy Leads, Strategy and Operational Leads, Service Design, Organisation Design, Performance. What Specialists Work On Creating and implementing an operating model for the entire Digital&Technology function across the MoJ; aligning technical and digital transformation across the executive agencies. Working with senior stakeholders across the department, as well as the CDIO in defining the transformation strategy. This change programme will have significant impact, leading to increased efficiency and delivery of MoJ Digital and Technology programmes. Work Location Ministry of Justice HQ, 102 Petty France, London SW1 Security Clearance Basic Clearance required (Disclosure Scotland) Additional T&Cs None Skills & Experience A proven track record in mapping, developing and improving end-to-end architecture in a large scale enterprise environment. Extensive experience of Motivational Modelling, Value Stream Mapping and Capability Modelling Be experienced of working in a range of project delivery environments, with targets set and reviewed on a weekly basis.
