Who Speclialist Work With Business transformation leads, Change portfolio team, Project Managers, Wider transformation programme and business stakeholders, specifically Business Analysts, Policy Leads, Strategy and Operational Leads, Service Design, Organisation Design, Performance. What Specialists Work On Creating and implementing an operating model for the entire Digital&Technology function across the MoJ; aligning technical and digital transformation across the executive agencies. Working with senior stakeholders across the department, as well as the CDIO in defining the transformation strategy. This change programme will have significant impact, leading to increased efficiency and delivery of MoJ Digital and Technology programmes. Work Location Ministry of Justice HQ, 102 Petty France, London SW1 Security Clearance Basic Clearance required (Disclosure Scotland) Additional T&Cs None Skills & Experience A proven track record in mapping, developing and improving end-to-end architecture in a large scale enterprise environment. Extensive experience of Motivational Modelling, Value Stream Mapping and Capability Modelling Be experienced of working in a range of project delivery environments, with targets set and reviewed on a weekly basis. Have the people skills to work with senior stakeholders to secure access to people in their working environment Effective workshop set up, facilitation and execution Be able to develop domain expertise quickly Have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and a positive approach Have ability to think creatively and be able to articulate innovative ideas to solving complex business problems Have ability to evaluate information and present in such a way that is easily understood by the target audience, including through written and oral communication Have ability to own issues and drive them to resolution Provide direction to inform sound business decisions based on business priority and technical feasibility Have know-how of how to identify and raise project dependencies, whilst working in a wider team with multiple projects in-flight Must have proven record of delivering in an agile enviroment Must have proven experience delivering significant transformation programmes across large organisations Previous government experience a benefit Nice to Haves Previous experience using Enterprise Modelling tools No. of Specialists to Evaluate 4 Cultural Fit Criteria Demonstrate excellence (for example, seek actionable feedback, set challenging targets, know users, deliver cost effective high level customer satisfaction) Show a commitment to ensuring a team understands the user need over simply delivering work, whilst recognising wider demands and influences on delivery.
