RUG - Electrical Maintenance and Repair Schedule of Rates Contract 2017-2020

Tender description

Rugby Borough Council seeks to establish a contract to maintain, repair or replace any domestic power, lighting, space and water heating, and all their associated electrical installations, as and when instructed and where necessary or directed to do so, working where applicable to the council's Electrical Safety Management Policy and Procedures. All work will be as specified in a pre-priced schedule of rates and shall include labour and materials unless otherwise stated (subject to the tenderers plus or minus % submission). Properties covered will include occupied dwellings, void dwellings and communal areas. Void work will be subject to a 10% reduction due to being un-occupied.
