Tender description

The requirement is for the Provision of Monitoring, Maintenance, Servicing, breakdown repair and refurbishment of Combined Heat and Power (CHP) scheme equipment. The requirement has been divided into 2 lots as follows: Lot 1 The Monitoring, Maintenance, servicing, breakdown repair of Combined Heat and Power (CHP) schemes located on United Utilities Waste Water treatment sites. Lot 2 Is for the provision of spares, consumables, and mechanical components for Jenbacher Engines and the ancillary equipment. For further details please refer to the ITN documents (issued in final draft with the PQQ). The purpose of this tender process is to award Framework Agreement in 2 lots. Lot 1 is for the provision of monitoring, maintenance, servicing, breakdown and repair of CHP Schemes on specified sites. The intention is to make a single award for Lot 1, Suppliers will be required to have the ability to fulfil all of the requirements for the CHP Scheme. Please refer to the ITN documents (Issued in final draft with the PQQ) for further details. The purpose of this tender process is to award Framework Agreement in 2 lots. Lot 2 is for the supply of spares, consumables, and mechanical components for Jenbacher Engines and ancillary equipment on UU maintained sites. For lot 2, there are 3 subcategories, Suppliers will be required to fulfil all of the requirements for each subcategory, the intention is to make up to three awards for Lot 2.
