Tender description

- Market the site and joint development opportunity locally. Due to the size and nature of the site, our primary target developer is a local SME or an RP. As such, I am looking for an agent with the local presence and intelligence, who is able to bring the site to the locally based developers. This may require partnering with the local estate agent. - Prepare marketing materials in agreement with HCA. HCA will supply technical and legal pack. - Conduct a full advertising programme, including but not limited to advertisement in the Estates gazette, local or regional newspaper, erection of for sale site board, online advertisement and targeted mailing. - After initial marketing period and in conjunction with the Project Manager, draw together a schedule of parties who are interested in tendering for the development opportunity. - Manage tendering process, perform tender evaluation, including conducting interviews with tendering parties to analyse their bids if deemed appropriate - Assist and advise HCA in preferred partner selection - Work closely with HCA Project Manager (and other project team members where appropriate) in delivering all of the above, including providing regular updates. - RICS Franking Valuation of the negotiated deal with the preferred developer partner
