OSi intends to appoint a Systems Integrator to develop and deploy a COTS-based replacement for their existing, heavily bespoke and end-of-life Commerce and Supply capabilities including integration with back end financial system and data stores. OSi intends to appoint a Systems Integrator to develop and deploy a COTS-based replacement for their existing, heavily bespoke and end-of-life Commerce and Supply capabilities including integration with back end financial system and data stores. Satisfactory replacements must consider: — A modern user experience for commerce covering all of OSi's Online and Offline channels; — Development of an automated Supply platform; — Integration with existing in-house systems; In addition to the Baseline Commerce Platform, OSi requires the Contractor to develop a replacement Supply Platform whose responsibility it is to fulfil Orders in priority order according to sales channel, product type, priorities and business calendar.
