Tender description

Provision of a Mental Health Well-being Services. The Authority has a requirement for a digital Mental and Physical Wellbeing resource. The delivery platform is to have a synchronous and asynchronous support functionality plus on-line and off-line capability. The digital platform is to be accessible via the internet. The Contractor will make available software and related processes, instructions, methods and techniques via the delivery platform for the purposes of information, psycho-education, self-help and guided self-help under the following general headings: Mental and physical wellbeing to include but not be limited to: managing stress, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship and parenting advice, medication, eating disorders, self-harm, perfectionism, worry, anger, self-esteem, assertiveness, exercise, nutrition and weight management, alcohol/drugs, smoking, gambling, sleep difficulties/insomnia, chronic pain, managing chronic conditions, positive coping with health conditions and achieving work-life balance.
