Tender description

City, University of London seeks Expressions of Interest for the Sebastian Street development of a new building for the City Law School. Note: demolition and enabling works are outside the scope of this tender. Firms are invited to complete and submit the Potential Supplier Selection Questionnaire form at: http://www.delta-esourcing.com/tenders/UK-UK-London:-Construction-work-for-university-buildings./74XJ8EW7NP As per Regulation 65 (3) at least the minimum number of five shortlisted firms will be invited to participate in a Single Stage Design and Build tender based upon RIBA Stage E+ design information following the Selection stage. The Form of Contract to be utilised will be an amended JCT Design and Build 2011. The design team will be novated to the successful Main Contractor on appointment.
