Tender description

Extension of support and maintenance for 4 years (option to extend for a further 12 months) following a system upgrade to host on the Cloud. The Board holds licences in perpetuity for the bank staff system. The Board wish to complete a system upgrade available for licences and extend the current support, maintenance and system management for 4 years with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The upgraded system will be hosted on the Cloud.
