Installation of fitted kitchens

Tender description

Orbit Group Limited is seeking to appoint a number of suppliers (anticipated 3) to enter into a framework contract to provide Kitchen and Bathroom installation and improvements (including any associated general building works and sound insulation). This needs to be supported by a flexible approach due to the geographical spread of our property portfolio working alongside our other Incumbent Kitchen and Bathroom supplier in Area 2. This new contract is covering Area 1 (South Midlands) and supporting Area 2 (North Midlands) however these areas are subject to change. Allocation of work will be either direct call off against supplier's price matrix or further competition for specific work. All documents are available to download from www.housingprocurement.com Providers will need to register on the website (free) and express an interest in the opportunity to gain access to all documents. The Framework is for a maximum term of 4 years (2+2). Orbit require a suitable supplier to provide kitchen and bathroom installation and improvements to include, but not limited to: Kitchens — Design, supply and fit Kitchens; All mechanical, electrical, gas, hot and cold plumbing works; General associated building works and sound insulation; Compliance with Electrical, Gas, Asbestos, Legionella and any other statutory requirement or regulation identified; Dedicated Project, site and resident management services. Bathrooms — Design, supply and fit Bathrooms; All mechanical, electrical, gas, hot and cold plumbing works; General associated building works and sound insulation; Compliance with Electrical, Gas, Asbestos, Legionella and any other statutory requirement or regulation identified; Dedicated Project, site and resident management services.
