Homes in Sedgemoor (HIS) are responsible for the maintenance of local authority housing in the District of Sedgemoor within Somerset. The safety of residents is an important function in relation to prevention and early rectification of maintenance issues and this is ensured by annual testing of equipment within residents homes and communal properties. Testing of the following main services is required: Gas and fossil fuel appliances auditing, Electrical testing, fire safety and legionella testing. Homes in Sedgemoor invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the services within the specification. HIS are looking for either one contractor or a number of contractors who can provide all of the services for the lots in the specification.
