Tender description

The Housing Executive intends to enter into a NEC Term Service Short Contract with the successful Tenderer. s. for the maintenance, repair, servicing, replacement of boilers and heating systems within its properties to meet its obligations as a landlord. The required service is divided across 3 geographical regions covering the whole of Northern Ireland as follows: Lot 1 Belfast, Lot 2 North and Lot 3 South. The service required to heating systems is comprised of: — Periodic Servicing and Inspection, — Routine and Responsive Maintenance, — renewal or upgrading of individual Heating Appliances and — renewal of gas, oil, biomass, solid fuel and electrical Heating Installations , — Work to heating systems as part of Minor Disabled Adaptations to existing properties, — Work to heating systems in void properties, The Contract includes any properties or land owned or controlled by the Housing Executive and other properties/land where the Housing Executive requires work to be undertaken.
